What RGB working space do you use? Having a nightmare between freelancers and clients all having different settings

depends. for web i use the default web color space print the pre press color space.

mainly web stuff. It defaults to sRGB IEC61966-2.1

shouldn't be a problem if clients and freelancers are using other profiles... that's what they are there for, to accurately recalculate colors in different workspaces. setup photoshop to open files with your profile.

adobe98 is a larger space and is good to work in.
just make sure that everyone involved with said file is "respecting" that profile. adobe 98 veiwed without respecting the profile will apear flat and a little green
