I get that it's a pun.
But why are they having a meeting on a meat table? Won't it smell? Aren't their papers going to be drenched in meat juice? Although I guess a clipboard or binder could help to protect the paper. Will their elbows be protected from meat? What is holding that slab of meat up? Why is that woman holding a knife? Is she going to cut the piece of paper? Are they discussing meat-related issues? Is she going to murder them? Is this a ritual sacrifice?
