branding identity - what is included

curious what other designers include in a contract for "branding identity"
having some issues with a client at the moment.

logo/iconography design
color/font layout
business cards
any and all printed material, ie: brochures, letterheads, posters, envelopes
website- maybe i wrong, but i would say branding is all-encompassing********

all of the above need to generate a coherent theme and match the style and personality of the company as well as the services/products they sell

dog-ear - do you not charge additional for business card/ website etc?

i would say that if you are branding a company, you are charging for all of those things.... you dont want a new logo slapped on an old letterhead or an old website... it all needs to be the same. same look, feel... same identity... coherence

totally depends on the contract i think. my contract stated 'branding identity - "look&feel" ' - to me that is a logo, variations of the logo, colors (delivered in pms, cmyk, rgb) and fonts. thoughts?
