Anyone here used Umbrella Companys when they went self employed, are they good to deal with?, or did you just get accountant to deal with your TAX and NI.

I started an Ltd and got an accountant, i found it less hassle, most my freelance friends work that way too.

- the only reason i ask is IR35 usually applies to contractors working for a single clientondo
