Any suggestions on a PC laptop that would be good for Flash, Photoshop, some Video editing?

If you want to do all that well, you'll need a big screen.
Otherwise - it's down to the style you want / the specs you can afford.

I really don't want a Mac. I work on a PC during the day and don't want the hassle of going back and forth...

you should consider mrbee2828 advice:
Got an XPS since june, about 3000euros.
works well... as every PC.. : got to restart it 3time a day, run slower than when I bought it, some softwares don't work, the printer does not work with vista....
my next laptop will be a mac.... -PC user since I'm 12-- vista is not ready for the world...Stugoo

Go to the Dell website and configure a laptop with what you need up to a price you can afford

Exactly, put as much stuff as your budget allows.
And obviously, 17" for a desktop replacement, 15" for decent mobility.
And since is a Dell don't forget the 3 years warranty.
(btw, macbooks now have bootcamp, i would consider that.)

I've got a Dell Precision M90 and love it. Rock solid for about 1.5 years now.
I would strongly recommend getting Dell's business tech support. It is superb and their home tech support just sucks.
I've always gotten a US guy/gal and never waited more than a few minutes. They've helped with everythign from fixing typical stuff to installing another processor (in one of dual proc workstations).
I cheaped out with a newer desktop and went with the home version and have regretted over and over. It's worth a few hundred to get the gold tech support.

Thanks all.
