People can't have it both ways. More often than not religious ideologies/groups make exceptions and biases towards non-believers often condemning their mere lack of belief. I think it's totally fair to combat that irrationality and basic arrogance as it's clearly an affront to any objective truth, or pursuit of it for that matter.

many religions...most?...were founded and are prevelant in society because of the pursuit of truth and happiness. Sciences and culture are endebted to religion's stamp on history, in a good way. Of coarse there is bad stuff in history but it's still beyond evident. It's a modern dogma that religious life and knowledge is useless. NOt sure if many secular folks understand really what religion is to people and humanity in general. BUt the good news is if you are secular or non religious than so be it you're NOT not apart of the same reality anyway.

That might explain genuine religions in the first years, but most (religious) people are raised with the idea that their sky fairy is the answer to whatever the question was. "I don't understand x" never enters their minds.
On the other hand, Scientology, like Mormonism, was invented by a con artist out to make himself rich by controlling the gullible. It has nothing to do with trying to answer deep questions about the human condition.

this is psychological operations via cia funded media entities. 'Anon' was instigated for a psychological operation, a type of social experiment in creating bogus movements against some evil nemesis. Scientology was created by brain washing researchers from the CIA and it is subseqeuntly creating an enemy for itself in the public conciousness. The Tom Cruise debacle was also no coincidence...followed directly by the anonnomous hack on scientology to make a big splash. Now a good chunk of the so called educated middle class, the ones who should be paying attention to what actually is going and can do something about it, are destracted with this useless charade against a fucking tax shelter for celebrities and elites. they're trivialising social activism for a scam. end rant
