the most interesting thing i know about body fat is that Karl Malone used to have 3% body fat and doctors told him to gain fat because his muscles were eating his body. sad, i know.

Oh well my body fat ate my muscle in about 2002 and I'm fairly sure its nibbling at the tendons now.
