Vista Upgrade Disc?

  My girlfriend has a free Vista upgrade disc that I installed last year, and promptly re-installed for obvious reasons (that being that Vista is the biggest pile of shit OS ever imagined).

  So I'm cleaning some stuff up for her and mentioned that we need to throw it away, and she said "Can't we give it to someone for free?"

  I figure that's kind of mean to give or sell it to anyone, so what to do with it?
