Anyone please forward me a link to the various job responsibilities a specific design dept. positions.
eg. Senior Designer, Art Director, Senior Art Director. I am looking for a list that distinguishes one from the other. Thanks. I know AIGA had one, but I can't seem to find it.

I think it is different from company to company.
Were I work, there is no positions, just a hole bunch creative people
Pay is after how long you have worked there and how much effort you but into your job.
