I got a book from the library called, "The Cool Kids' Guide to Making Web Pages" or something similar, and my soul has been devoted to computers ever since.

My parents subscribed to prodigy when we had an old IBM Tandy. I believe my user name was hotdog if I remember correctly.
As for "web design" I think it was 97 or 98, I made a website with links to sites to download mp3s.

A group of us used to go down to the local internet café every weekend and spend about £20 per day chatting up French girls in IRC chatrooms. Good times.

it was around grade school and i had went to my friend Tommy Jacott's house after school. he took me to his living room where the computer was and showed me NBA.com. I thought it was soooo cool. I think it was around '96. That is all.

actually if you want to talk web design i started helping a freind in highschool with his geocities 'webzine'...basically a blog now that i consider it, we had a mild amount of highschool style web fame.
