lol. what are you asking, exactly? you want a service whereby the mail server 'pushes' all recieved emails to SMS or something?

Yeah, that's basically what push email is but it actually pushes the amil to your phone, similar to a blackberry. I think Yahoo does it... but I maybe wrong
