Im about to get a new mac and Im backing up my stuff from the old mac.
I got problems finding an export mails function in Apple mail. Im planing to run Apple mail on the new mac too.
Anyone with the answer here?

Depending on your email provider, when you set up pop again, it may just download all of your messages from scratch. For example, gmail saves every email you ever have and re-sends all of them via pop when you start from scratch...
- Although there probably is a way to save all your emails locally, I just don't know it :pkalkal
