iBook G4 1.33GHz with 1.25RAM. Runs CS3 respectively. But a new computer for me is hopefully coming soon. You have your iBook running an external monitor right? It's good enough for the web/ui work I was doing before.
- Are you sure? It ran like crap on my 1.5ghz 12" powerbook...kalkal

No, I'm lying and I want to fuck him over just like I've been fucked over for 3 years. jk. PS and DW open at the same time with FF and it's fine, noticeably, and I mean noticeably slower than my other computer, but for what I do it's fine. Don't really mess with AI too much or ID. I do however after say an hour or so of working have to close all apps down and sometimes restart cause it gets really slow processing jpgs in PS. Things need to reset and it's back to normal. So, traut, can you run it? Yes. If you're used to something faster (in my case a macbook pro) you might get a bit annoyed waiting for things on the iBook, but yes, it will run.

i have a macbook pro running it i was going to install it on my old ibook for a friend to use but if its going to be that slow i dont know if they would really appreciate it or just be frustrated. i appreciate you letting me know though.

Yes. Me. I dropped my ibook off at my friends mac dude a few days ago. For $200 of your American dollars the guy maxed me out on RAM, upgraded me to 10.4.3, and stuck CS3 on there for me. He also cleaned it up and it runs pretty well. I can have flash and ps open and it runs well - add illustrator to that and it chugs considerably but I was well impressed at how much it did not suck.
