possibly discussed on here before, but cant be bothered searching.
any pros cons vs the 2 running vista?
my virtual pc xp just shit the bed (some nice malware) and dont cant be bothered reinstalling in on my mac.
is it worth buying a cheap ass laptop or parallels with vista? all i need it for is some small apps and of course internet explorer.

Parallels will be way more convenient and cheaper than a PC.

Just use VMWare Fusion at the same time.
http://www.vmware.com/products/f…It's fast and I currently just have a few programs installed on it.

You don't have an intel mac and want to buy a windows pc because you don't really want a pc?
Get an intel mac and have both. Install windows on its own partition with bootcamp for Blazing Fast but most of the time boot it from OSX with parallels at Regular Fast- waiting for a new desktop design from apple. could be a year before it comes out.van_rijn

Parallels on Mac, you can set Textmate up to refresh Safari, Firefox, IE7 and IE6 all with one keypress.

So you have a PowerPC G5?
I don't think there are many options for X86 emulation aside from the now-abandoned Virtual PC.
