wordpress help?

im using wordpress on one of my sites and the comments have stopped working when i upgraded the version. Does anyone know where i might get help for this? Wordpress support forums are a waste of time as i have posted there a few times and i have gotten no responce.

if you post your exact problem as specifically as possible ive found great results there.. the ones that get no responses are "OMFG WP SUXXX!!!1 HALP!!"
have you tried switching templates to see if the default one has the comments intact?

yeah i was specific as i can be without knowin the cause.
I have switched templates and still the comments dont work its as if it doesnt send the comment, it just reverts back to a blank comment box.

You should check your template. With the new upgrade they've made new php tags for almost everything. You should check that first.

Don't want to sound like I'm patronising you, but did you upgrade it properly? If you don't follow the instructions TO THE LETTER it *will* fuck up...
...just a thought.

To answer the questions, yeah i upgraded it properly, all upgrading is just replacing old files for new and even i cant fuck that one up.
I did find the problem tho it was an unassigned property in my mysql table. Its taken me near 2 weeks to sort it, but i fixed it thank feck!
I appreciate the comments tho.
