DVD recording

  As you can tell, I don't often do this.
  Say I have a DVD recorder and I record a half hour prog onto it off the TV. The next day I want to record a film. How can I put it onto the same RW DVD without wiping what is already on it?

  it will do it automatically, it creates it's own little menu, and when it is full you have to 'finalize' it therefore making it a now closed disc not able to be burn't on again :), basically don't finalize until you have used every free byte awwwwwwww jjjjjjyeah boyeeeeee
