Does it evenly light the screen tho? I found when I had this makeshift old stat camera set-up when I had my shop that sometimes it wouldn't evenly light the screen so the edges wouldn't always fully expose.
Are you using a pressure washer to blow out the screen after?

I use a hose in my kitchen sink, I'm not exposing that much detail in these. I use 110 mesh screens too.

110 allows for nice ink flow. Was pretty much my staple when screening shirts unless we were getting into detail or running process with transparent inks.
You're inspiring me to get back into the screen game, it's been awhile but I still remember all the technique involved. Now I just gotta find a silk screen supplier in Vancouver to get my screens, emulsion, ink and squeegees from.
