4GB would be nice but don't buy from Apple. Find yourself 2 2B sticks. We might be having to up our RAM another GB to make it an even number. All our computers have 3GB RAM and they kinda run like shit. I've always been under the impression RAM needs to be equal in numbers and of the same brand/type/kind.

I think imacs g5 only does 3gb ram - am i right?
