Alright, this is driving me crazy, I can't find this song anywhere... I'm sure someone here will know though...
It's a house song, and the main chorus says "girl, hold on... *whistle....."

Uhm, I know Petey Pablo has a song that is called "Blow Your Whistle", and Short Dog has one called "Blow The Whistle."
I think only the former could be confused with house considering I can't really remember it, but now I really want to hear some Too Short.
