Anyone else here installed Leopard on their mac and tried plusgging in a network disk into their Airport extreme?
It seems that it doesnt work, I have checked loads of forums and it doesnt work, I feel ripped off I bought it just for that!

Mine kinda works, but the file directory shows up jumbled, and not (seemingly) in Mac Format.. looks like I am viewing a windows DIR,
and the names are all jumbled... I agree that its lame- It doesn't seem much faster then the old egg shaped airport, and the whole idea of putting a giant backup drive on the network didn't work...

I tired it and it worked to Mac and PC, but it kept forgetting the drive was there... I gave up...
I'm using a Synology NAS drive (very good) to access stuff on my home LAN or over the internet, and th same with Lacie d2 drives connected to one Mac, that I can mount by connecting to the Mac they are on over AFP.. the drives show up in the 'connect to' dialog. Since I can connect to the drives thru AFP over WiFi its pretty much the same functionality..
