would guess that the letters are hand-done and then repeated mechanically/digitally ... if you look at calligraphy books, they have tons of this home/crafty stuff with stunning lettering. Letterspacing H AVE needs work.

Emma Bridgewater uses her own lettering. Similarish fonts that spring to mind are Trajan Pro and Golden Cockerel Titling although both are too regular to provide the hand feel of the EB stuff.
