  I think a good route to go is find someone who can benefit from learning from your experience and can teach you at the same time. Setup a an apprentice type of setup with someone locally or remotely and see where that takes you.

  Its amazing to watch two people eager to learn feed off each other's hunger.

  I think the best way to learn programs is by getting the subscriptions to the videos on Lynda.com.

  if you think it is just a bit of photoshop and illustrator you're not going to get very far or be very good... However you don't need to be a coder either, instead you need to know concepts and what is possible
