What's everyone reading? Any recommendations, must reads? I'm working through Asimov's Foundation series right now and wondering what I'll read after that.

I just wrapped up Dean Koontz's "Cold Fire" (published mid-90s). Standard Koontz fare, with a solid, original idea, though it ended without much of a climax.

Brothers Karamazov, Dostoevsky

tried reading it in college and found it pretty stodgy, but this new(ish) translation really brings it alive, restores the conversational tone of the original. The breadth of this book is amazing.

Oliver Sacks 'Musicophilia'.
A neurologist tells stories of clients and friends. If you like this you should also check out 'the man who mistook his wife for a hat'. Classic.

If you like Asimov, check out Steven Baxter. Writes semi-hard scifi. Decent stuff, if somewhat didactic.
