yes.
I don't think it automatically activate your fonts, but all in all, worth every fucking penny if you can stay away from the monster that is quark.

^I'd do it but (un)fortunately I'm not at work. And the Q2Id is on the machines at work has we have loads of old stuff done in quark.

I wonder why Quark has such a difficult time keeping up. Not enough innovation? Patents owned by other companies?

there is a way to do without a plug in. I found you need to change quark 5 files to quark 4 files for them to open. the link below is from the adobe site. It says CS2 only and I have not tried it with CS3 yet.
