Like Mac vs PC but Inkjet vs Laser. which is best? I know it depends on the job, so what I need to do is print small booklets and zines full colour in limited runs of say 50. Each has about 40 pages, each page is about 14cm x 20cm. I've been told inkjet are beter for images. I know that was true a few years ago but haven't things changed now? Any advice is good. I guess it's cost I'm thinking of but I also want to have decent prints.
Thanks.

lasers are generally faster for production, and can generally have good results printing

do you know about cost - per full page 100% print, full colour, are they cheaper?

hm, just seems to cost so much to print, and waste ink with bad prints etc

we just started a new company doing low run 48hr turnaround on-demand book publishing and binding with digital presses. if you wait a couple months we'll have our site up!

yeah, let us know when it's up. To be honest though we were looking at feeding different papers through it. On demand might be good for some of our jobs though
