"Breaking bad habits is like breaking up with a slutty girlfriend; you'll be bored and lonely at first but you'll cherish the long-term benefits. These bad habits are unfortunately always a consequence of deeper problems; they are just a way of venting accumulated stress."

My main "bad" habit is nail biting. I've done it for so long that I really honestly believe that it doesn't do any harm. Scratching is actually better when your nails are jagged rather than cut perfectly. Most people tell me that they can't tell I'm a nail biter from afar. It just looks like I cut my nails really short. My habit is not from anxiety or stress. It's from being bored. I even bite my nails in the shower because it's not exciting enough, haha.
*sigh, I guess I do want to stop though.

“It always seemed strange to me that the things we admire in men, kindness and generosity, openness, honesty, understanding and feeling are the concomitants of failure in our system. And those traits we detest, sharpness, greed, acquisitiveness, meanness, egotism and self-interest are the traits of success. And while men admire the quality of the first, they love the produce of the second.” steinbeck

Also, I meant that it's not harmful for me at this time because I've done it for so long (and nothing has happened yet). *crosses nail-less fingers
Some others may be more sensitive to getting rid of their nails and it could cause infections and allow more germs into their body.

I think I could go on and on about this, like usual. I'm kind of OCD, so I have various habits. I'm pretty sure they're not terribly annoying or worrisome though.

I used to smoke but Im off em a couple of months now, haven't done any drugs in a while, don't drink too often but tend to drink a lot when I do and get really fucked up.
I am a procrastinator (and worry a lot when I put things off for too long), I swear and my computer too much, I drink too much coffee and I get annoyed about silly things too much. And other peoples bad habits really annoy the fuck out of me!
On the other hand I like Pina Coladas
And getting caught in the rain
I'm not into yoga
I have half a brain
I like making love at midnight
In the dunes on the Cape...
