we need a trends thread. where old farts like me can learn about new interweb or real life trends. things the kids are doing these days. things like rickrolling and such. i usually learn about these trends 5 months after they've stopped being cool.
feel free to start such a thread on my behalf.

that cool kidz trend thread isn't going as well i had hoped. you see, i was looking for geeky trends that are (sometimes) genuinely funny. i mean who doesn't laugh when they get rickrolled 10 motherfucking times in a week? i know i do. but that thread has taken a completely different route with celebrity and nickelodeon trends and what not. i guess i will never be cool on the interwebs.
