for the web.
i have read articles stating that there is really no way to ensure color accuracy on most browsers. safari seems to be the only browser that can read icc profile embedded images. setting your color to sRGB while working with photoshop is probably the best when working with web images.any other suggestions for color management on the internetz?

sRBG ist the best. and i am not sure if u have to use web safe colors in 2007

i don't use web safe colors. why would i?
and when i save an image for web i don't include a colorprofile. otherwise the color in a colormanaged browser (safari) is different from the color in explorer.

colour management for the web does not exist. The best you can do is work in sRGB.

You ever go over to somebody's place, and their TV is adjusted all off, so everthing looks really green? Or you ever see a poster that's been out in the sun too long, and it's just faint blue?
That's what most stuff looks like on the internet. The only way to save your sanity is not think about it.
