Children of Men is worth seeing, if not because it is an instant classic, for 2 sequences, each shown in one long shot. The first is an amazing shot from inside a car, where the camera seems to be floating around revealing and editing without cuts. The second shot follows the protagonist through a battle scene with debri sticking to the camera lens, completely immersing you in the action.
