The American Red Cross Southern California Blood Services Region has issued a red alert advising the public that the blood supply is in critical condition. Blood is needed every three seconds. One out of three people needs donated blood in their lifetime.

Please take some time; a lunch break, coffee break, in the morning, on a weekend or anytime. It usually takes about 30 - 40 minutes out of your time and it's easy. You can truly save a life.
