The movie caused a war of words (to put it politely) between critic Roger Ebert and Gallo, and it basically has a built in audience of curiosity-seekers who simply won't believe that Chloe Sevigny actually gave a blow-job to Gallo onscreen until they see it for themselves in the film.

Well folks, the good news is that New York's own Wellspring is going to distribute The Brown Bunny in the US. Vincent Gallo fans in NYC and LA will have the opportunity to see the film starting on August 27th. (A national rollout will follow.) People who suffer from an undying need to see Chloe fellating Vincent can walk in on the last ten minutes.
