even tempered, insanely dedicated Flash/Web Developer to join the Big Spaceship team.

You have:
Mastery of Actionscript 1/2
HTML/CSS/Javascript
PHP/MySQL
Ability to work well with others in an intense and fast-paced
environment

And maybe some of this:
illustrator, photoshop, fireworks, etc. design/animation ability
