1. Beginning Thursday, June 10th, all lomographers are called to train their lenses upon any and all prospective subjects that relate to "Bird's-Eye View." We're talking about looking down from buildings, looking up from a mass of breadcrumbs, dive-bombing an unsuspecting pedestrian, etc. If you need a camera, then stop by the SPRING Gallery for a lend-a-lomo, lend-a-colorsplash, and more.

2. Run through your town & shoot your heart out. You've only got three weeks!

3. Develop your shots. Images should be processed in 4" x 6" prints, with NO borders. Place a sticker or label on the back of each print with your name - this way you can find your shots in the exhibition. Don't use a regular pen - the letters will come through to the front of your photo.
For professional development, we have a deal with EPIX photo labs (315 7th Ave btw. 27th & 28th street). Mention that you are part of the Lomography-Spring competition and receive 25% off development throughout the rally period. Their prints are gorgeous, and will cost (single prints, after discount) approx. $8.25 for a roll of 24 and $11.75 for a roll of 36exp. You can process up to 3 rolls at this special price. Of course, if you can't make it to EPIX, you're free to develop your shots wherever you choose.

4. Submit your prints to the SPRING Gallery no later than 7PM, Thurs, July 1st. Drop them off or mail them in. Keep your negatives - submitted prints will not be returned. Be sure to clearly give your name for credit in the exhibition.

5. Bring your friends for the opening night on July 8th to see the final product and enjoy free music and refreshments. Complimentary beer will be provided by Kronenberg.
