At this moment, I'm seeing Venus glide across the face of the sun, a sight that no person alive today has seen.

The entire transit is visible from Europe, Africa (except the far west), the Middle East, and Asia (except the far east). For observers in eastern and central North America, the Sun rises with the transit in progress.
