<a href='http://www.temmc.com' >Top-tier</a> advertising/interactive agency in Dallas, TX is looking for a hard-core Flash Designer / Production.

Position requires a minimum of 3 years experience managing, developing and programming interactive projects. Must possess experience in scripting, have a broad range of technical experience and proven track record in interactive media. Must have experience connecting Flash
front-end with dynamic database back-end and working with a variety of development tools across multiple browsers, platforms, and operating
systems. Experience with Generator, Communication server, or Flash development for wireless devices a strong plus. Also, must be able to work independently as well as with senior design staff, writers, photographers, production artist, and producers.
