The Creative Director will guide a small group of full-time designers as well as freelance designers, illustrators and animators. Candidates must have a very strong design aesthetic. They will be responsible for creating their own designs as well as guiding others and when necessary, help with production. To be clear, this is a very 'hands on' position. They must be very comfortable with all aspects of information design and client side technology, especially Flash MX and Action Scripting. Knowledge of the broadcast medium and associated tools is a plus. Creative Director will present work to current clients and help sell our services to prospective clients.
