The export in flash sucks....does anyone knwo of a nice program that will do this for me?

What about that Snap-something-or-other for PC that captures frame for frame whatever is on screen.
That way if you had any nested movie clips or scripted animation you'd get that too.

curious as to why you would export from Flash to Quicktime? is it a imported movie? or a timeline animation being exported?

i used one years ago to export an animation with embedded scripts and it worked a charm
i found it with the above mentioned method
