Flash Q: FLV Streaming

I've been looking for a NON-COMPONENT based tutorial on flv streaming with no luck so far. I'd to use a scrubber to seek to different points in the video.

I didn't search for a tutorial - but they're out there... it helps if you have some keywords to search for... so take a look at the adobe documentation first... and you'll get all the search terms you need.
