flash preloader

  What is the best way to add preloaders to a flash document to allow proper load and display correctly? I'm about to throw my computer out the window...

  I always just toggle between a couple of frames at the start until its all loaded / data has loaded... a lot of the time my flash files are only 50k or so, and then there are individual preloaders within the site itself...

  Guess it depends on what you want to do.
