Buy a Nitrozac instead and give it to your auntie for Christmas ;)

Haha. I've resold stuff of theirs before, but never this quickly.
Thought I'd could take more dosh if I shoved it on this fast... more fool me – they are obviously smarter than they look.
I hope they make as much effort with the other cheeky gits who have posted signed versions on eBay (mine was unsigned). Much more money to be made there obviously.
Ah well... balls to them. I'll just have to hang on to next one a bit longer...
...plus I think they should concentrate on making sure they don't send out two prints with the same number to the same person before they hit the resellers.
Just my opinion.

As I understand this its probbly because you've done this more than once? Most shops don't mind this kind of thing but when you turn it into a business - reselling their stock I guess you can only expect to get away with it for so long???

Sounds legit to me. You're entitled to buy stuff and sell for what you like, they have their small print allowing them to withdraw from the sale. You have been outsmarted and your print is already sold anyway (by the website administrator on ebay hahaha).
I don't like the word "profiteering" because it implies selling stuff with a large markup is wrong, but £500 for a print is a ripoff in the first place :)

Yeah, pretty much.
So what? POW knowingly sell their prints under market value, people are willing to pay more. Supply and demand if you ask me!
Just trying to make a living, brother. Can't begrudge me of that.

so you're complaining that you're a tout?

Fuckers. Just checked my online banking and they have refunded me for my Trolleys print I bought on Monday. Just because I allegedly listed it on eBay.
Why not make a quick quid by selling that piece of shit on eBay. If there are muppets willing to pay 3 times the value for it that's up to them.
Fuckers. I was hoping for a MacBook with the profit.
POWs T&C's state:
"Picturesonwalls reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery."
but doesn't give reasons for refunds.
Is there anything I can do? We've got a lawyer who works here, I shall be speaking to him later...
