Becaue anyone, let me repeat, ANYONE who wins an item like this is spamming the auction, and ultimately asks you to ship to Nigeria. If their profile says Calfiornia, it's Nigeria. Maine? Nigeria.
I've been through this ad naseum, as have a few other people here.

No, they are probably saying up front that they do not ship to Nigeria, cuz they've had this problem. So go ahead and bid. The seller is probably legit. It's the buyers who lie.
