Ahh... sorry to disappoint mang, but I sold the allocation in september!

Not (only) because it was probably, like you said, a little too much, but because I had nowhere to keep it. 4 cars in a 2 car-garage + a scooter + five piles of imported beer + 15 sets of wheels - there was no way in hell I was going to find room inside my garage, and with winter coming up I couldn't possibly keep it outside. Reality sort of caught up to me, so I decided to sell the allocation (300 dollar profit :) and get something a little more nimle and versatile for next season - how about a KTM Duke or something similar for a 1st bike?

Thanks for asking btw : )

aww bummer man! i hear what you're saying though. glad you were still able to turn it into a good thing and make a buck off of it.

i don't know a whole lot about the KTM duke, other than it's gotten some really really great reviews.

how is it for a beginner bike? well, it's still a freakin' liter bike man! haha, but the ergos and handling are certainly more inviting than the 1098. you should test ride one...they look like a lot of fun for sure.

i just recently added another one to the stable myself, an '07 S4RS (ducati monster.)

it's more fun than anyone should be allowed to have on two wheels! :)

keep me posted on the bike man, and good luck. clean that f'n garage up!!
