Like it a lot. Very fun and creative. Definite bookmark.
My only downers are that it is a slow loader, and I did have to think about the nav a bit.
But it's real nice.

Worth the load time definitely, especially since all the work gets loaded with it.
Nice work too by the way, at first I thought I would be able to use the arrows to the left/right of the numbers to navigate but it's not necessarily unintuitive, I would rather see a client list where you can pull from as opposed to numbers, myself, if you are going to use number I would suggest the ability for the user to tell which ones they have already checked out.
Nice work, great launch, and have a great party at your new office when time comes!

I think it's too long to load and while the little navigation thing is nice, there's nothing to do really so it's not justified.

I didn't know there was any work on there until I came back to post here to say as much then read others posts. Therefore I feel you should put another link to your work maybe in the copy of your other more obvious sections.

I really love the intro logo/shout/sound thing - I wish more sites did that.
Not a fan of gimicky nav elements - at least not when there's not any idiot-proof redundancy in the background. I keep right-clicking for the menu.. obviously that doesn't work in Flash.
Layout's a bit untidy and hmgh - also, it almost doesn't fit heightways on my laptop (my fault). A couple of alignment slips.. nothing major.
Dig the incidental video shots - they're pretty fly, but I really dislike the "We {heart} x" section headers - they don't gel for me at all - they sit bad with their ott drop shadows, look naff with their oddly spaced Bauhaus and .. well, I just don't think it works.
I'd knock out the white elements in the nav pointer, make them transparent - they look odd when overlaid on darker spots/your work area (OR.. make it full colour?)
Overall - I like the site and work - it just feels a little scrappy and unpolished in spots - I'm an old-fart traditionalist who likes things simple. Just like me.

Lots of really good work there it's just a nightmare trying to navigate around. Quite slow too.
