I just finished up a poster yesterday for my band, and I had the airport-board font in my fonts folder for a long time.
There used to be a font site that included several of these grid type fonts. I want to say it was linotype, but like five or six years ago and it had a grey background and was almost like browsing a web directory.
Anyhow remember that site, or know where I can find more fonts like this?
Thanks.

the old lineto site is when I discovered I needed more in my bag than Comic Sans and Verdana.

well, comic sans is still a classic and all-purpose font! saved my back on many occasions!

I am still waiting on Comic Sans Flair.

Go right ahead and steal the idea if you want, but I have thought so many times about starting a blog called "Comic Sans In Action" with photos of all the terrible places it is used.
I'll never have the time to commit to it, but damn it would be, eh, amusing...

I think I submitted a threadless slogan once that was "Death seems so funny when it's spelled with Comic-Sans."
