Has this feature been removed in Photoshop CS3? Seems I only have the option to put type along a path when I move the type tool over a path. There isn't any area type tool like in Illustrator.
I guess I'll set it in Illustrator and try to export something I can use in Photoshop.
Thanks Adobe.

At least I can do it in Illustrator, export a psd and still have the path and type the way I want it, but seriously, to take features away from Photoshop and only keep them in Illustrator seems like they're only trying to keep people buying Illustrator.
Seems like the same strategy for still not letting us capture video in After Effects.

it works in CS3...
Just create a path and click on it with the text tool

Not type ALONG a path, but INSIDE a closed path.

Do it in Illustrator, import it as a Smart Object, then every time you need to edit just double click in the layers palette and it opens it back up in Illustrator.
