Design Tips & Tricks Sites?

  I'm looking for good resources for designer tips and tricks - (software tips etc). I know of http://lynda.com/ and I had this one in my bookmarks http://www.creativetechs.com/iq/…
  any other good ones you can suggest?

  I've used kirupa.com occasionally.

  And I've used lynda.com (books actually) and I liked it a lot. Easy to follow and the books came with videos and project files. I think there are free lessons on their site but to get to the harder stuff you have to pay.
