..and some form of Welsh is the linguistic currency of the world.

(Sep 24 07, 14:27)Given that the range of possible universes is chartable on a probability curve stretching from the impossible at one end (plaid-textured oxygen-breathing carbon-based elephants, flying on gnats wings in an 1g environment with equivalent atmosphere to our Earth) to very likely at the other (damp squib of a big bang, nothing happens and/or unsuitable conditions for atomic formation), I would posit that it is nigh-on inconceivable for there to be a universe where the Welsh language is anything other than a snide joke at the expense of God's dice.
