What is overset text in InDesign?
When I go to print, it warns me there is overset text on page 1. I see no problem with the artwork but just wondering what the hell this means.

i see that check to go under before print. more often than not is is more like that(before print). i want to check for you

its when the text box is too small for the text (or spaces) to fit in it. You'll need to enlarge the text box

yoll: can't see any little red boxes though... weird.
I'm not exactly what you said wendell but thanks anyway.

You'll need a bigger box.

I read "Oversext Tit"
does that make me one?
- TR-8080
by no means does it make you one.
if anything it shows you're the opposite.
sorry.

It means you have too mush text for the bounding box and you need to adjust the box or your text will not be printed in full. Mother fucker.
Indesign does not say mother fucker with the warning.

it does when you have an illegal copy

Fine, you ungrateful dick.
• not pleasant or acceptable : he turned to the ungrateful task of forming a police cordon.

I am ungrateful. Ungrateful for a response to question that had already been answered. But hey, we're all friends here.
Top marks for effort. Gold Star for you.
