open source looking for a file system sharing

Hello all,
I'm looking for a file system sharing in php/MySql with this type of functionnality
- login/password interface
- when you're loggued, you're in your specific area (your folder) with a treeview of the content, and you can browse all the content
- with a board where you can add a comment (if possible with a automatic-email sending when there is a new post)it's a filesharing system for clients. I know there is a lot of tools are developped, but maybe somebody have already an idea
