Anyone here know of quality themes / skins for MediaWiki?
Perhaps a gallery of decent themes?
I have a project involving the dreaded MediaWiki Template. The client wants to tweak out MediaWiki to match its site. I've dealt with their templating architecture ages ago, but all I remember is chaos.

We use Confluence at work and it is more user friendly out of the box, but I haven't spent any meaningful time customizing it so I can't speak to how difficult it is.
